Summit Youth Hockey is proud to offer FREE hockey to all 1st year players age 8 and Under (10 and Under for girls!).  Supported thru SkatesGiving, fundraising events, sponsorships and donations, each 1st year Mite is able to take the ice free of charge with all of their equipment supplied for the season as well (skates are NOT included).

Beginning Nov 7th Mites practice each Monday and Wednesday for 1 hour each day. Coaches will split players into groups based on age and ability and tailor each session to group needs while building basic hockey skills and having fun! In addition to practices there is one jamboree of games per month where players are split into teams and play 1 hour of cross ice hockey. Each game is followed up with a family skate where parents and siblings are invited out on the ice to have some more hockey fun! Oh, don't forget about the POND HOCKEY tournament hosted by SYH as well where Mites from all over the state come together to show off their skills!
